CALL TO WORSHIP
Person 1:
We are gathered as people of God,
Created for community,
Blessed with family,
Invited to be part of
God’s inner circle,
The Holy Trinity.
Person 2:
We honor you, great mystery:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Person 1:
In sinful selfishness we isolate ourselves,
Seeing only our point of view,
And sometimes not seeing at all.
Open our eyes for our brothers and sisters,
Who enrich our lives.
Person 2:
We honor you, great mystery:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Person 1:
The Spirit stirs us to compassion,
Teaching us truth that was always there
But was hard to see. Come Holy Spirit!
Move us closer to God,
And Closer together!
Person 2:
We are one in you, great mystery of the universe:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
